Terms and Conditions:

• We have a 2-night minimum stay requirement
• Our rates include GST and those very strange “cleaning” surcharges that some establishments charge.
• You can secure your reservation by providing us with a 50% deposit.  This can be via direct bank deposit or Visa/MasterCard credit cards.
• The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival at The Cottage @ StrathOwen.
• We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.

The Cottage @ StrathOwen is a very small business, and cancellations affect us greatly, if your reservation is canceled, there will be a charge of 50% of the accommodation cost :

• Within 60 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 50%
• Within 45 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 75%
• Within 30 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 100%
