We have a 2 tier tariff / rate charge, based on the time of year you wish to stay with us.

From 1 April to 31 October each year: NZD $325 per night for the cottage

From 1 November to 30 March each year: NZD $385 per night for the cottage

Terms and Conditions:

We have a 2 night minimum stay requirement
Our rates include GST and those very strange “cleaning” surcharges that some establishments charge.
You can secure your reservation by providing us with a 50% deposit. This can be via direct bank deposit or Visa/MasterCard credit cards.
The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival at The Cottage @ StrathOwen.
We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.

The Cottage @ StrathOwen is a very small business, and cancellations affect us greatly, if your reservation is canceled, there will be a charge of 50% of the accommodation cost :

Within 60 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 50%
Within 45 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 75%
Within 30 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 100%
